Sam Barnes - Managing Director.

Sam started the company in 1988 and has built it up to where it is today.  His valuable experience in the industry spans nearly three decades and his commitment to customer service, together with his enthusiasm for the product and his professional skills have ensured this success and longevity. Quality Cleaning Equipment Ltd is the longest established service centre in New Zealand and is committed to looking after our customers and their Kirbys for a long time to come.

Helen West - General Manager.

Helen came to QCE in 2007, with a diverse overseas background in service, administration and small business management, Helen brings her formidable organisational skills, professionalism and a superb customer service focus to all areas of the business.  She has taken over from Victoria Munro as General Manager, who left an inspiring legacy and very high standards which will be upheld and advanced.

Monisha Gounder - Customer Service Manager.

Monisha joined QCE Ltd in 2012 bringing with her many years of customer service experience. With a background predominately in retail, Monisha’s role allows her to assist our customers over the phone and face to face. Whether you speak with Monisha over the phone or visit her in our main office in Hamilton, you will find her in-depth knowledge of all things Kirby informative, refreshing and always delivered with a smile.

Mark Daniels - Service Manager.

Mark is a registered electrician with 40 years’ experience in heavy industry and with his expertise and excellent service, he is a valuable asset to QCE.  He is now based in Whitianga where he will continue to look after our customers' Kirby machines, carrying out repairs and servicing to his exacting high standards.
