We realise that sometimes things don't go as planned and we understand that it is important to be able to resolve any issues speedily and fairly. 

QCE is happy for you to contact us with any issue you may have - this is your first port of call, as we are usually able to resolve most issues quickly and satisfactorily.

If you are still not 100% satisfied, your next step is to contact Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), the external dispute resolution scheme for our industry. 

This independent body is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.  Complaints to FSCL need to meet certain criteria.  For more information see the FSCL Website http://www.fscl.org.nz
