Delivery of Internet Orders

Currently all New Zealand internet product orders are delivered via Fastways Couriers. 

Delivery to North Island street addresses                $5.00
 
Delivery to South Island street addresses               $10.00
 
The relevant cost will be calculated on your order, when you proceed through to the checkout and complete your delivery details.
 
Orders are processed and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
 
Most orders received by us before 3.00pm are sent out the same business day.
 
Please note that a small number of orders may require extra processing time for various reasons. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to despatch those the following business day.
 
The estimated delivery time is 1 -2 business days, but some rural and residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible. For additional security and peace of mind, all orders are trackable.
 
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, certain items may be temporarily unavailable. If you have ordered an out-of-stock item, we will do our best to contact you to advise you of any delay.
 
Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if address verification is required, or if your payment cannot be identified for any reason.


Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us on 0800 4 KIRBY in order to arrange a fast and satisfactory solution to the problem.

All goods and services provided are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which sets out minimum standards for goods sold, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally and is enforced by The Commerce Commission.
