Sam Barnes
General Manager: Sales
Sam started Quality Cleaning Equipment in 1988 and has built it up to where it is today. His valuable experience in the industry spans nearly 4 decades. His commitment to customer service, together with his enthusiasm for the Kirby product coupled with his professional skillset, has ensured this success and longevity. Quality Cleaning Equipment (QCE) is the longest-established service centre in New Zealand and is committed to looking after all Kirby customers and their Kirby for a long time to come.

Accounts Manager
While Helen is now only here in limited capacity since 2022, she has been a strong part of QCE since 2007, with a diverse overseas background in service, administration and small business management.
