    Delivery of product orders

Currently all New Zealand product orders are delivered via Aramex Couriers.

The relevant cost will be calculated when you place your order with one of our staff, or proceed through to the online shop checkout and complete your delivery details.

Orders are processed and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Most orders received by us are sent between 1 and 2 business days.

Please note that a small number of orders may require extra processing time for various reasons. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to despatch those the following business day.

The estimated delivery time is 1 -2 business days, but some rural and residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.  Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible.  For additional security and peace of mind, all orders are trackable.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, certain items may be temporarily unavailable. If you have ordered an out-of-stock item, we will do our best to contact you to advise you of any delay.

Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if address verification is required, or if your payment cannot be identified for any reason.

All in all, delays may happen due to factors out of our control. Thank you for your understanding in these events. QCE is not liable for such delays.
